This is the highest level of professional recognition by the Institute. Procedure for award of Fellowship is constantly reviewed to project the highest professional standards. Applicants must have M.Sc with a mininum of 15 years of work experience. Honorary PhD is issued by the Institute.
The Council of Institute of Engineering, Technology and Applied Science (IETAS) confer Doctoral Fellow on Persons who have been in Engineering, Technology and Applied Science for at least 12 years and who are adjudged to be eligible by qualification and experience with an M.Sc.
The Council of Institute of Engineering, Technology and Applied Science (IETAS) confer Research Fellow on Persons who have been in Engineering, Technology and Applied Science for at least 10 years and who are adjudged to be eligible by qualification and experience with M.Sc.
Council may, at its discretion, confer Honorary Fellowship on leaders of non-government, corporate, political and other professional organizations, who have contributed positively to the advancement of the core values of or the aims and practice of Engineering, Technology and Applied Science.
The Council of Institute of Engineering, Technology and Applied Science (IETAS) confer Fellow on Persons who have been in Engineering, Technology and Applied Science for at least 8 years and who are adjudged to be eligible by qualification and experience with HND/B.Sc.
The Council of Institute of Engineering, Technology and Applied Science (IETAS) confer Senior Member on Persons who have been in Engineering, Technology and Applied Science for at least 6 years and who are adjudged to be eligible by qualification and experience with HND/B.Sc.
The Council of Institute of Engineering, Technology and Applied Science (IETAS) confer Full Member on Persons who have been in Engineering, Technology and Applied Science for at least 4 years and who are adjudged to be eligible by qualification and experience with HND/B.Sc.
The Council of Institute of Engineering, Technology and Applied Science (IETAS) confer Associate Member on Persons who have been in Engineering, Technology and Applied Science for at least 1 year and who are adjudged to be eligible by qualification and experience with HND/B.Sc.
The Council of Institute of Engineering, Technology and Applied Science confer Corporate Member on businesses, development agencies, non for profit organizations, academic institutions and bilateral organizations who have contributed positively to advancement of the core values of IETAS.
Application forms should be typed or handwritten in Capital Letters.
Application must be accompanied with the appropriate fee.
Application forms to be submitted with copies of credentials and 2 passport photographs.
An acknowledgement letter is written on receipt of membership application form, pending approval of application.
Any false declaration/information renders the application invalid.
